We currently ship throughout India. If you wish to place an international order, please contact our support team before ordering.
2. Dispatch Time
- Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
- For made-to-order or customized items, dispatch may take 5–7 business days.
- You will be notified by email or WhatsApp once your order is shipped.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
- Metro cities: 3–5 business days
- Other cities/towns: 5–7 business days
- Remote areas: Up to 10 business days
Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, courier partner, and festive seasons.
4. Shipping Charges
- Standard Shipping: Standard Shipping: Rs80 on orders below 599
- Free Shipping: On all prepaid orders above ₹599
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, a tracking ID will be shared with you via SMS, email, or WhatsApp. You can track your order directly from the courier partner’s website or app.
6. Packaging & Security
All Moulya products are packed in secure, tamper-proof luxury boxes to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. If you notice any damage or tampering during delivery, please do not accept the parcel and contact us immediately.
7. Delays in Delivery
While we work with reliable courier services, delays may happen due to:
- Weather conditions
- Public holidays
- Remote or inaccessible delivery areas
- Courier-related issues beyond our control
8. Undelivered Orders
If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address or multiple failed delivery attempts, we will re-ship it after reconfirmation. Additional shipping charges may apply.
