Return & Replacement Policy

Because of the delicate and handcrafted nature of our products, we follow a strict no return, no exchange, and no refund policy once the product has been sold. However, in rare cases of damage during transit, we provide a fair replacement process as detailed below.

🔁 Returns – Only in Case of Damage

We accept returns only in the event of genuine physical damage. To ensure authenticity, customers are required to provide valid proof through a complete unboxing video.

  • The unboxing video must start before breaking the package seal and continue until the product is fully revealed.
  • The video must be unedited, clear, and taken in good lighting.
  • Any damage or defect must be clearly visible in the video.
  • Videos recorded after opening the package or incomplete clips will not be accepted.
  • Once verified and approved by our team, a replacement of the same item will be initiated (subject to stock availability).
