Affiliate Program – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Moulya (“In Moulya”) Affiliate Program. By registering as an affiliate and promoting our products via your unique link, you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility & Enrollment

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract under applicable laws.
• Accurate account details (name, email, payment info) are required. Accounts with incomplete/false data may be rejected or terminated.
• Moulya reserves the right to approve, decline, or terminate any affiliate account at its sole discretion.

2. Commission Structure

• You earn a 10% commission on eligible net order value generated via your affiliate link.
• Net order value excludes shipping, taxes, discounts, refunds, chargebacks, and fees.
• Self-referrals or orders placed by the affiliate using their own link are not commissionable.

3. Tracking, Cookies & Attribution

• Orders are attributed using our tracking system (links/cookies). If tracking is unavailable or manipulated, our internal records will be final.
• Cookie settings and attribution windows may vary and will be indicated in your affiliate dashboard where applicable.

4. Payouts

• The minimum payout threshold is ₹100.
• Payouts are initiated once your approved commissions reach the threshold.
• Payments are made via the payout method set in your account; ensure details are correct to avoid delays.
• Commissions on refunded, cancelled, or fraudulent orders will be reversed or deducted from future payouts.

5. Approval, Hold & Validation Periods

• Commissions may be held for verification (e.g., fraud checks, return windows) before approval.
• Moulya may adjust, withhold, or reverse commissions if an order is suspected to violate program rules.

6. Promotional Guidelines

• You may promote via websites, blogs, social media, email (to opt-in lists), and messaging apps—provided all laws and platform rules are followed.
• Prohibited: spam, misleading claims, false discounts, cookie stuffing, ad hijacking, forced clicks, toolbars, and unauthorized couponing.
• Do not run paid ads that bid on our brand names, misspellings, or domains without written permission.
• Do not impersonate Moulya or represent yourself as an employee/agent. Clearly identify yourself as an independent affiliate.
• Comply with all disclosure requirements (e.g., “This post contains affiliate links; I may earn a commission if you purchase”).

7. Content & Intellectual Property

• Logos, images, and creatives provided by Moulya are licensed for promotional use within this program only.
• Do not alter brand assets in a misleading manner or use them in a way that harms our reputation.

8. Taxes & Compliance

• You are responsible for any taxes, fees, or filings arising from your affiliate income.
• Follow all applicable laws, advertising standards, and platform policies in your region.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Moulya is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the program. Our total liability shall not exceed the total commissions paid or payable to you in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

• Moulya may suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including policy violations or suspected fraud.
• Upon termination, unpaid commissions may be forfeited if termination results from a breach of these terms.

11. Changes to the Program

• We may update commissions, policies, and these terms at any time.
• Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
